- How does the workflow work?
- Buying a service creates a project. It runs a fixed sequence of stages — the same order every time — ending with your review. You'll see each stage's status in the project.
- How many revisions are included?
- Two rounds of revisions per project. Each round keeps the previous version, so nothing is lost if you change your mind.
- Can I edit copy myself?
- Yes. For text deliverables (blogs, ad and email copy, website content) you can edit directly in the platform, save changes, and approve — a PDF or file export is also available.
- What does turnaround mean?
- It's the typical number of business days from a completed brief to a first deliverable ready for your review. Revisions add a shorter cycle on top.
- How is billing handled?
- By default, every service is billed once as a single project — order it again anytime for another round. Prefer ongoing delivery? Switch to the monthly option on this page to have it renew and bill automatically; cancel anytime. Either way, you're billed after you approve the first deliverable.
- What happens after I approve?
- The project is marked complete and the final files stay available in the platform. Want another round? Buy the service again, or switch it to the monthly option so the next request opens automatically.
